Bulk material cannot be transported on flat conveyor belts at steep angles. Chevron conveyor belts will be used for this purpose. These belts with special profiles convey products smoothly even if the slope is 30° to 45°. Malollan offers a wide selection of chevron belt profiles, ranging from cleat height of 5 mm to 32 mm and in all kinds of profile shapes, such as open V, closed V, Y and C.
The quality of the cover rubber and cleats can be adjusted to the customers’ requirements; for instance in oil and fat resistance, heat resistance, fire resistance and many more. Malollan is also happy to open new moulds for customers with special requests.
