Oil and Fat Resistant Conveyor Belts

Oil and fat have a serious impact on the lifetime and performance of conveyor belts. Therefore a special rubber compound is mandatory, whenever the rubber belt is exposed to these aggressive substances.

Malollan offers various oil and fat resistant rubber qualities, ranging from low to extra high oil resistance. For instance, mineral oils require a very high level of resistance whereas vegetable/animal oils usually can be handled with medium oil and fat resistant protection. Oil and fat resistant belts can also be produced for oil and heat resistant applications as well as in low-abrasive quality.
